WORKING TOGETHER

A brief, a clear scope,
then the work.

01 / Define

We review your goals, references, source files, intended audience and target platform. You receive a proposed scope and quotation.

02 / Develop

We agree review milestones appropriate to the work: style frames, models, storyboards, interface prototypes or working builds.

03 / Deliver

We prepare the agreed exports or build, check them for their intended use and hand over the included files. Additional versions and ongoing support are scoped explicitly.

A quotation defines deliverables, revision rounds, source-file ownership, usage rights, third-party costs and any maintenance. There is no universal turnaround or package price.

Before we begin

Planning a project?

A few practical details to help you prepare a brief and understand the next step.

Can one project involve several branches?

Yes. For example, an experience center can combine NEXIV’s architectural content, Kazeyami Studio’s graphics and motion, development, and event hardware. Tell us the overall goal so the proposal can define each team’s responsibilities.

What do you need for a quotation?

Share the intended use, deliverables, references, available files and target date. A budget range helps us suggest a suitable scope. For events, include the venue, date and audience size.

How do reviews and changes work?

Review stages and revision rounds are set in the proposal. We use consolidated feedback at each milestone. Changes to an approved direction, new views or extra features are assessed for their effect on the schedule and cost.

Are source files and ongoing support included?

Final deliverables, source-file access, usage rights, third-party licences and support are listed in the project scope. Mention any editable files, deployment access or maintenance you need before production starts.

How do I send a brief or large files?

Use the form below to prepare an email draft, or write to sales@kazeyami.com. Add your file-sharing link in the message; this website does not upload attachments or send the enquiry automatically.
